In Situ Access to Contaminants

flexibility

Various materials can be injected via fracturing processes
Hydraulic fracturing technologies allow the direct emplacement of granular solids, slurries, pastes, gels, and emulsions. Hydraulic fracturing also enhances flow rates into wells that are used to deliver liquid phase chemicals or solutions. Materials that we have used to create hydraulic fractures or that have been injected through our fractures include:

Applications for VOC's, inorganic contaminants, hydrocarbons, and just about anything else.
The spectrum of treatment materials listed above exists to exploit specific vulnerability within the variety of contaminants that occur.  Optimal results depend upon how the reagents and contaminants interact in situ.  Click here for more information.
